Morgan whines, "I've just never had anybody save my life before." Phillip says, I'd do it again... In a heartbeat."

Ava rushes in, "Thank God you're here. We've got big trouble." John asks, "What's going on?" Ava says, "I'm being followed. I'm sure of it."

Hope tells Bo, "Now you're acting like a Kiriakis, not the man I love."

Null And Void

The word spreads that Lucas has made a deal and has been released from prison. Chloe, Nicole and Sami swoop in on him in his hospital room.

Max runs into an acquaintance of Melanie's. She owes the guy money and he wants Max to Pay.

Nick figures out how to find Melanie.

Nicole tells EJ she is still married to Trent.

Sami spreads her blithering, sobbing brand of joy all over Salem as she argues and grovels with EJ and then Lucas.

Lucas tells Sami he wants time to think things over. Sami makes Niagara Falls look like a leaky faucet.

Chloe gives up on Phillip and tells Morgan she will support her if she makes him happy.

Nicole and Chloe strike up a friendship.

Hope confronts Bo with her suspicions there was something else in the envelope. A mystery email adds fuel to the fire.

Daniel blows up at Kate for sending Victor into cardiac arrest. He apologizes to both Kate and Chelsea for his outburst.

John takes Ava to his dungeon, where he reveals he has been keeping Paul.

Morgan fantasizes about being with Phillip.

Roman says, "I had my doubts about you doing this." Lucas asks, "I don't have to go back to prison, right?"

Hope continues to badger Bo about what he knows about the Hollingsworth case.

Morgan goes berserk. Bo and Hope take her to the SPD to make a statement.

Ava gets good news about her trial. She "thanks" John for helping her.

Daniel and Chelsea bicker; Daniel comforts Kate.

Ava makes it obvious to Marlena that she and John slept together. Marlena tells Ava she will fight for her husband.

Practically in the same breath, Marlena asks John if he wants a divorce.

Patch tells Kayla and Caroline about his conversation with Bo, but withholds critical details.

Phillip gets a mystery note and rushes to confront John.

Morgan confronts John about her father. Gunfire and chaos erupts.
