Brady turns the tables on Vivian, locks her in the sarcophagus, and taunts her with all the terrible things he's planning to do to her.
 
Maggie tells Victor she's staying in town, but the time isn't right for them to get together, even if he weren't married.
 
Kate questions Will about the shooting.  Will says he knows about the call Kate made to Sami.
 
Lexie tells Sami EJ really did love her.  Sami says that's over forever.
 
Nicole and Arianna argue.
 
Will gets defensive with Rafe.
 
Sami struggles with the decision to pull the plug on EJ's life support.  EJ takes a turn for the worse.
