Chloe asks Lucas' permission to tell Nicole Sami is having EJ's baby. Lucas runs to the DiMera Mansion for damage control.

The sniper takes a potshot at Sami. EJ saves her. Sami calls Lucas who runs back to the Horton Cabin.

Melanie tells Phillip about the night Trent was killed, and then offers to buy his silence.

Bo and Hope question Max and Stephanie.

Melanie leaves Nick confused.

Max tries to apologize to Stephanie but she tells him it's over.

Max says, "Maybe it was an accident." Stephanie asks, "But what if it was Melanie and somebody else gets hurt because you're stopping Bo and the police from finding out the truth?"

Lucas tells Sami, "You gotta do this for your children. You gotta do what's right... keep 'em protected and safe."
